SHIPPING POLICY

At Skin Snax, we want your glow-boosting snacks to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future — stay tuned!

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • Skin Snax is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at sanuelllemendoza@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skin Snax is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
